1. Introduction

Welcome to CS Box, a cloud-based asset and workforce management platform owned and operated by Zamambo Telecoms (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the app (mobile or web), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Private and Proprietary Ownership

• The CS Box App, its name, design, code, data structures, and all related logos are the exclusive property of Zamambo Telecoms (Pty) Ltd.
• Copying, reproducing, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or rebranding the app or its components without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• The platform is private property and not open for public duplication or resale.

3. Use at Own Risk

• All users access and use the CS Box App entirely at their own risk.
• Zamambo Telecoms, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, downtime, or issues arising from use or inability to use the app.
• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

4. Data Privacy and Protection

• We respect and protect user privacy.
• Information captured, uploaded, or stored in the system is kept confidential and not shared with third parties, unless required by law or expressly authorized by you.
• Data is used solely for system functionality (e.g., asset management, attendance, timesheets) and not for marketing.
• Data is stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure.

5. Data Access, Download, and Deletion

• Users and client organizations retain ownership of their data.
• On written request to support@csbox.co.za, you may:
  • Request a copy/download of your data; and/or
  • Request deletion/clearing of your data from the system.
• Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. Minimal records may be retained where required by law (e.g., audit/billing logs).

6. Data Security

We use access controls, encryption, and authentication to prevent unauthorized access. While reasonable safeguards are in place, no system can guarantee 100% security. Users accept this inherent risk.

7. Developer and Company Indemnity

By using the CS Box App, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zamambo Telecoms (Pty) Ltd, its developers, employees, and partners from:

• Any claim, loss, or damages arising from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized disclosure by users;
• Any dispute resulting from user-generated or inaccurate information; and
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to the system’s use or performance.

8. No Third-Party Marketing or Data Sharing

CS Box does not sell, rent, or exchange user data with third-party marketers. Integrations (if enabled) are limited to authorized, consent-based connections (e.g., identity providers, company ERPs).

9. Updates and Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will appear on the website or in-app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including POPIA and applicable statutes. Disputes fall under South African jurisdiction.
